Shipping

We ship to all US States and International Destinations, through FEDEX and the United States Post Office. Costs of shipping will vary according to distance, weight, dimensions of the box and shipping method selected by you. Please allow us 1-2 business days to calculate total costs of shipping and send the Google Checkout Invoice.

Jewelry orders will be processed and shipped within the next 24 to 48 hours since the date and time that the order was placed. On the other hand, processing time for tagua beads orders can vary between 7 and 10 business days. Please note that the processing times are estimates only. The total time to receive your order may vary.

Returns and Refunds

For all products, our returns policy provides you 14 days from the date of your sales receipt to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.

If you have to return a defective item or an item shipped to you in error, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the instructions for returning the product.
